Versa 3 stopped working after a factory reset

I have hit factory reset by mistake.

Now it just has the fitbit logo on the screen and a message " To start , download the fitbit app.

The app is already on my phone

I go to today but there is no option for settings.

Anyone can help please?

Hi @David55533 - as you have factory reset the watch you will need to set it up again in the Fitbit App on the phone.

Tap on the battery icon and do setup with replace.

Hi Guy,

I can't get that far. The screen only shows the fitbit logo. Tap on it and
then it comes up with the message in all languages " download the fitbit
app. Any other taps on the screen , pushing the button 1 second , 3 or 10
seconds does nothing I am afraid

@David55533 - the setup is done on the phone, which needs to find the watch to install the connection and firmware so you can use the watch.
