I wore my Fitbit swimming for the first time yesterday and now it’s stopped working. The screen is blank and buttons not working. I’ve tried all the advice given but still no joy. In fact when I attach to charger and try to reset my phone can’t even connect to my device. Any other suggestions?

Hi there, @Pip1963. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Versa 3 before reaching out. I understand where your concern is coming from.
As @Guy_ has mentioned, if your device got wet, it’s important to take it off and dry it well before putting it back on. On the other hand, if your device has come into contact with any liquid other than fresh water, you should clean it with fresh water and a soap-free cleanser and dry it with a lint free-cloth.
If you've done the above but to no avail, please try restarting your Versa 3. For instructions, see How do I restart my Fitbit device?
If the restart doesn't work either and your watch hasn't vibrated for the restart process, I'd recommend trying the steps below:
If the above doesn't work, the best way to get help for this problem is to chat with us online once again or give us a call. Click here to get connected.

Hi @Pip1963 - there are several issues to be aware of.
If the watch won't start, chat via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & support, Contact Customer support.
If not recoverable and under warranty take it to where you bought it for a replacement one.
