Versa 3 stopped working after swimming with it

Had a versa 3 for my birthday gift of my mum and dad. I had a versa 2 that the screen fell off and then got sent a replacement. The replacements battery lasted 6 hours if that fully charged so I left Fitbit. So back on to topic in hand my parents get me the V3 I was quite happy so good for up to 50 meters of water on the box ? Don’t think so was on holiday when got this gift so set it up and jump in the sea doing a bit of snorkelling. Well looked at my Fitbit and the screen was doing a dance and turns off this was not even a metre of water. How can Fitbit sell shoddy stuff that don’t do what is said on the paperwork this is blatant britches of sale code and breaching some laws under consumer rights act 30th September 2015 how do they get away with it time and time again. (Ps this was second time screen fell off on versa 2 Costco replaced the first one. Plus I followed the looking after list of the product)

Hi @Matt19851985 - unfortunately there seem to be many people reporting in the forums that water got in their watch or the face fell off.

If you can and it is still under warranty, 1 to 2 years depending on country law, the it back to where it was bought for replacement, hopefully over the counter.

Hello. My Fitbit worked in the water! So maybe it's from your screen locking? If you need customer support you can!
