I only had it on when I first got in the pool and realized I had it on and wasn't sure if I could wear it swimming so I took it off...now I can't get it to work. Now that I see I could have swam with it why isn't it working??

Hi there, @TanyaJL73. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Versa 3. I understand where your concern is coming from.
If your device got wet, it’s important to take it off and dry it well before putting it back on. On the other hand, if your device has come into contact with any liquid other than fresh water, you should clean it with fresh water and a soap-free cleanser and dry it with a lint free-cloth.
If you've done the above but to no avail, please try restarting your Versa 3. For instructions, see How do I restart my Fitbit device?
If the restart doesn't work either and your watch hasn't vibrated for the restart process, I'd recommend trying the steps below:
If the above doesn't work, the best way to get help for this problem is to chat with us online once again or give us a call. Click here to get connected.
We hope your issue is solved soon.

Hi @TanyaJL73 - if it got wet it may have got water in it.
If so charging it could be dangerous, check it does not get hot but preferably put it in rice for a week before trying charging.
If it is still under warranty, 1 or 2 years depending on country law, take it back to where you bought it for replacement.

Thanks...after a restart, it's working again.
