Used my versa 3 for swimming, which I've done before. It tracked the swim fine, synced fine and correct but later in the day it started vibrating on and off and kept going to the icon screen. It also could not sync. I tried to restart it but the button was not responding. I briefly got a thermometer icon and then the screen went black, nothing when pressing the button. I've tried everything in the forums - cleaning, drying, changing chargers etc but all I can get is the logo briefly showing and then black screen again. The watch is only 2 years old and supposed to track swims. What now?

Hi @Jaah52 - unfortunately it is showing signs of water damage and if it gets hot while charging, stop immediately.
The seals aren't very robust and do detiorate over time.
If you decide to replace it don't go for the more expensive Versa 4 which doesn't have features found on the Versa 3.

@Jaah52 - not only is the Versa 3 cheaper, it has lots more features than the Versa 4, most of which work fine.
The Versa 3 has loads of apps and clock faces to choose from, Google Assistant, built-in Music Controls, on watch change of clock face, better and more complete user interface, many other features especially and most importantly a less buggy operating system.

Has there been any guidance at all in regards to versa's bricking after swimming? Swimming is a marketed activity for my Versa 3 and yet I see many posts about them getting ruined from swimming. I've contacted customer support and they literally have done nothing for me. Seems like a pretty big failure.
