Has anyone else had this problem? I have rebooted, unpaired, reset and now it's not even able to speak with the app.
Please help? Is there another way to reset everything. I've been holding the reboot button down but it's still unresponsive on the screen. Thanks

What did you update, the Fitbit app? If so, try uninstalling the app, rebooting the phone and reinstalling the app.
If you are talking about a firmware update, try doing a factory reset of the device.
