Versa 3 stopped working after the update

The last update was 3 days ago. Since then, the watch just vibrates, and I noticed the screen is getting dimmer. I have tried the following...

1 restarting and resetting. No change

2. I have cleaned the watch and the charger.

3. It is fully charged. 

What else can I do? I notice on the forum that this seems to be a common recent problem. Please help.

Hi there, @Annette1. Thanks for stopping by in the forums and trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Versa 3 before reaching out. 

 

To better assist you, please make sure you've restarted your Fitbit device as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device?. If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

Thanks for the first steps to resolve. But.   

I cannot turn the device off.  Holding the button does not do anything as the device continues to go black, display the logo and vibrate about every 8 seconds. I cannot change the clock face because it is not connected. 

What are my next steps?
