Versa 3 stopped working during workout

I've had my versa 3 for a year or two and this has never happened to me. I was doing a workout and it started vibrating. When I checked it was trying to open the wallet (the blue unlock screen kept appearing) so I kept dismissing it. Then it started to flash between the workout screen and the app screen. Once I finished my workout I was able to end the workout on my versa 3, but then the screen went black and it started vibrating every 15 seconds or so. 

 I did look through some other threads, I tried syncing it to the app but my phone won't even recognize the Fitbit. I tried restarting itas well but it's unresponsive and the Fitbit logo never appears. It was at 71% when it last synced to my phone (about 20 minutes before it started acting up). 

Is there anything I can do to save it, or is it time to get a new fitbit?

My versa 3 died today as well. I can't get it to do anything now but randomly vibrate.

My Versa 2 died today as well. Same scenario. Mine will charge and I can see it sync on my app but has a black screen. I have an Android phone and it updated software yesterday-I thought that was it but can not find anything further on here.  EDIT: I did reach out for help via GET SUPPORT and the chat feature and they did help me get my Versa back in sync and the screen working.
