I am so disappointed that my versa 3 has stopped working after wearing it in a swimming pool over labor day weekend. I have had the Versa 3 since Dec 2020 and it has worked great. I have worn it swimming before and when I say swimming I just mean in a pool not really doing anything just being submerged in water. I don't understand how Fitbit can say its water resistant to 50 meters. I was in 3.5- 4 feet of water just walking a around a little bit for less than 1 hour and it's stopped working. My Versa 3 has not been damaged or dropped or misused in anyway. Please stop saying it's ok to swim with this device, it's clearly not ok.

Hi, @meld1818 , unfortunately the water resistance can wear out over time (possibly due to exposure to skin creams etc.). However, you may be able to recover your Versa 3 by placing it in a bag of uncooked rice for 48-72 hours or as long as you can see any moisture. The rice will help absorb any water that has got inside. Once it has had a good long rest in rice, put it on the charger and give it a good couple of hours charge before giving it a restart . With luck it will recover…
Good luck and let us know how it goes.

Same here. I've had my versa 3 since May 2021, and I've never had any issues with it. I was floating in shallow waters (less than a meter deep) this past weekend and later that day, the watch stopped responding, after recharging it would try to load but it kept getting stuck on the logo screen, the battery would be drained in a couple of hours. I restarted it several times, 24 hours later I got the screen to appear with the wrong date and time. I followed all the instruction in the guide, I even removed the device and added it again, changed the clock, to no avail. Now the watch is working because I can see it in the app on my Motorola Edge, but the screen is still not responding and the battery is draining very fast.
