The clip on the watch that holds the strap is broken on 1 side (there is no tension on the clip to keep the strap locked in). Anyone know if this is fixable? And if so, how?

Sad to hear that you're having an issue with your Versa 3. What you've described shouldn't happen as longs as you're using genuine Fitbit bands with your device.
