Versa 3 strap has come away

The strap on my versa 3 has come away from the little clasp that attaches to the fitbit body. Can this be repaired or glued, or do I need to buy a new strap?

So far I have caught my watches it's falling off my arm numerous times this is ridiculous it's either going to break or I'm going to lose it without knowing it I have had it with this watch band. Why do we have to keep changing the way that the straps go on versa 2 had the best strap there was I'm pretty sure this will be the last Fitbit I buy it doesn't matter if it's the original watch band or third party ones none of them fit properly please either let us return the watch and you fix it or give us our money back this is horrible
