My versa 3 bought in October 2022 was working perfectly fine, on Wednesday morning, I found that clock has changed , battery was at 59% . I tried to change the clock & my Versa 3 stopped working. It’s front screen was just displaying the Fitbit logo but nothing else. No lights flashing on back. Device is charged up. I have tried resetting it but it just goes off and then comes back with Fitbit logo. I have tried all steps indicated in the forum but to vain . I tried calling the help desk they didn’t respond either. Please help

Did you get it working? Mine is doing exactly same thing. Bought my in February 2023

Hi @Sdewangan , @Oreyorey - the good news is your watches are under warranty and can be replaced where you bought them.
