Versa 3 stuck between exercise mode (swim) and Wallet

My versa 3 is stuck between exercise mode (swim) and wallet. It won't return to clock mode. Any suggestions please, it's driving me nuts.

Sad to hear that your Versa 3 isn't working as expected. I'd suggest restarting it by pressing and holding the button for 10 seconds until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen, and then release the button.

What if it is not responding to pressing & holding the side button?

Yes, not responding obviously

Nothing happened while pressing button for several hours then all of a sudden it decided to work again 🙄

Hi @Clareroseartist - if you are in swim mode, you need to dry your hands and watch and double press the button. It may take a few times.
