Versa 3 stuck in Sleep Mode

Hi,

My Versa 3 will not come out of sleep mode using the swipe right shortcut. When I swipe and hit the shortcut, I get the message 'Locked for Sleep Mode'.

The only way I can get it out of sleep mode is to go into settings, go to Quiet Modes and turn it off there. Pretty annoying! This is something that just started in the last couple days. Before that, it was working fine. I have not fooled with any settings in the last couple weeks.

Hi, I have a new Versa 3 and experiencing the same (or similar issue).  When I put it into sleep mode the screen goes black and I can't access anything.  I have taken the watch off and somehow it comes back.  I changed the clock face and have rebooted twice, same outcome.  Also, I have twice started exercise, and when I was finished (a swim) - it wouldn't respond or let me stop it in any way - I held button and it just kept going - instead of a 30 min swim it recorded over an hour - only way to get it to stop was to put on charger and hold button to reboot.  I also can't access anywhere to manually adjust exercise in the app, which I used to be able to do, or change the laps from 50m to 25m depending on what I swim.

I swapped back to a versa from another watch because my first versa was great - this one is a big disappointment so far.  

Please help and let me enjoy this again.

Hi @Aussie58  - did you try to double tap the watch face before swiping it to the right to get to Quick Settings and disable the sleep, do not disturb and Always On icons and enable wrist wake?

To exit swim it's double press of the button.

When you select an exercise on the watch scroll the face up to access settings.

Thanks Guy - no I couldn't find that instruction - will try it.  Did find the swim lap change from another post.
