Versa 3 stuck keeps telling me to download fitbit app

I've had Versa 3 & Iphone fitbit app for 3 years (including Fitbit premium), has been working fine. Suddenly watch keeps saying to download fitbit app in different languages. Have read other problems on this forum, and I have stopped/restarted app, stopped/restarted phone & bluetooth but nothing changes on watch - still telling me to download fitbit app. Is there anything else I can do?
Thanks Brenda

Hi @Brenda_L - it seems the watch factory reset itself and you need to set it up in the Fitbit App like it was a new watch but select Replace during that process.

It is a good idea to make a note of the names of any clocks or apps and any special watch or app settings you use before setting it up.

Thanks for the reply - I deleted and re-installed versa 3 on app and it worked! YAY!
I was worried I would lose all the data but it still seems to be there.

Thanks so much for your help Guy_ 👏😁
