Versa 3 stuck on Fitbit Logo and won't charge

My fitbit suddenly isn't charging and only the fitbit logo is showing on the screen. I have cleaned watch and charging station, I have also attempted to restart watch (held side button in until logo disappeared and then reappeared), I have also tried a different charging block. Any other ideas?

Hi there, @JaimieR11. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Versa 3 before reaching out. 

To get rid of the Fitbit Logo, please try the steps below:

  • Remove your Versa 3 from your Fitbit account and your phone's Bluetooth settings.
  • Force quit the Fitbit app.
  • Turn off the Bluetooth.
  • Shut off your phone and turn it on after 1-2 minutes.
  • Turn on the Bluetooth.
  • Set up your Versa 3 again.
  • If there is no connection, restart your Versa 3.

If you can't get started with your Versa 3, usually a missing requirement is the cause. Carefully review the requirements provided in the help article Why can't I set up my Fitbit device? 

If the above does the trick, please try charging your Versa 3. If it's still not charging, please see Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging?

Have you recently gotten the Fitbit wet? If so, I would wait awhile before trying to charge it again. It will need to dry out. Other than that I am not sure. Hope this helps!
