I've had the watch for just a few days. I paired it to my phone but then gave it to my girlfriend so we did a factory reset. I have tried charging it with multiple chargers, cleaning the contacts, a holding the button for a while. When I do hold the button the watch will vibrate once after about 10 seconds but the screen is still black and the boot logo doesn't show up. Anybody that had this issue and fixed it please help cuz this is ridiculous.

This usually appears when you performed a factory reset without first unpairing your watch from your phone's Bluetooth settings.
With that being said, please try the following steps to solve the issue:
If you can't get started with the Versa 3, usually a missing requirement is the cause. Carefully review the requirements provided in the help article Why can't I set up my Fitbit device?

I can't connect the Versa 3 because it won't turn on. I had it Unpaired from my phone both the watch and the call feature controls from the Bluetooth settings
Update: and my title wasnt "Versa 3 stuck on Fitbit Logo" it was "Versa 3 wont turn on after factory reset" why did it get changed?
