Help! I've soft reset. I've factory reset. I've gone thru and removed versa from app and bluetooth. Force stopped the app. Restarted phone etc. Now app can't find my versa3 and it rotates thru logo and blank screen. With a 3 note chime every minute. Fitbit support is telling me sorry here's a coupon get a new one. But this is obviously a software issue and should be recoverable
