Versa 3 stuck on Fitbit log and constantly powering off and on

I charge my versa overnight, it was at 100% battery when I placed it on my wrist this morning. I went to start an exercise setting, but it wouldn't come up just going back to main screen. I shut down my versa, waited then proceeded to turn it back on. It would get to the logo screen and then shut down on its own and then turn back on get to the logo then shut down. It has been doing this for over an hour now. I have held down the side button and it continues to power off and on as I am holding down the side button.

Hi @Jwash2019 - your watch is in a reboot loop - try turning off the phone Bluetooth just in case it is a syncing issue.

Others have had this issue see - reboot loop

Hi there, @Jwash2019. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Versa 3 before reaching out.

As a first approach, please follow @Guy_'s recommendations. As per the description of your post it does seem that your Fitbit device is in a reboot loop. Nevertheless, since the steps provided in my post that @Guy_ shared are for when the Fitbit device is stuck on Fitbit logo, I'd recommend trying those steps while your Versa 3 is connected to the charger since your Fitbit device is turning off and on.

Thank you. I have applied the steps @Guy_ recommended on and off the charger. The loop still continues with it no longer being paired to my phone nor the app. I will let the versa battery run itself low and place it on charge again and redo all the steps again to see if that makes a difference.

The versa 3 battery ran low yesterday. I placed it on charge and waited for it to gain some charge. Well when it got charged the loop resumed. It won't get to a point to were I can even try to reconnect it to the phone and app, the Fitbit can't be found on Bluetooth scan. I am disappointed, I purchased this in March of this year and it's no longer working like it should.

The loop continues after multiple times of letting power reach 0% and placing it on charge. Once it has enough charge it will restart the loop. I purchased this in March of this year. What are possible next steps?
