Hi all - just wondering if anyone elses Fitbit stopped working completely this morning? I have a Versa 3 and when I looked at my watch while still in bed this morning it was stuck on the Fitbit logo. Looks like all data is logged in the app until midnight last night.
I've tried holding the side to do a restart and it's the same thing.
Any suggestions?

To better assist you, please make sure you've restarted your Fitbit device as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device?. If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.
If the above doesn't work, and since you mentioned that your Versa 3 has synced all your data until midnight last night, please try the following steps in the order listed:
If you can't get started with your Versa 3, usually a missing requirement is the cause. Carefully review the requirements provided in the help article Why can't I set up my Fitbit device?

Mine has done same thing I tried all the steps any other suggestions

The same thing happened to me - when I woke up I checked my wrist to see the time and I was greeted with the fitbit logo.
I've tried doing the restart to no avail. I've tried letting the battery die and recharge to no avail.
Very disappointed.
