Versa 3 stuck on Fitbit logo and battery went flat

Hi my versa 3 just shoes fitbit icon on watch. I have done everything advised in the links on here and nothing is happening. I woke this morning to 0% battery it was on 50% ish when I took it off. Really unhappy as use this all the time and now don't even have a watch.

Hi @Lenny10 - unfortunately it sounds serious, place on charge and after 5 minutes hold the button for 10 seconds till it vibrates and the logo appears and wait for it to start, if it will, though probably it won't but worth a try.
