Few days ago, my Versa 3 suddenly stuck with the fitbit logo display. Searched internet and this forum for solution. Tried everything suggested, nothing helped.
Please help with your experience or it is time to give up on Fitbit. Thank you.

Mine did the same thing Sunday night and I haven’t been able to work out how to fix it still. Hopefully someone knows 🤞

Chatted with Fitbit support, the lady on chat is very helpful and knowledgeable. After trying all the suggested fixed. My Versa 3 still stuck with the Fitbit logo. Same happened to me ~17 months ago on my Versa 2. It was not able to restart.
As a long time fitbit user (> 8 years). Fitbits used to be very reliable product and is the leader of the tracker/smart-watch manufacturer. My recent experience with the Versa 2 & Versa 3 were disappointing. Both become unresponsive or stuck few months after the warranty expire. Lead you think if just a coincidence , fitbit quality issue or just my bad luck. The recent Versa 3 was just ~17 months old. Searching on the web and this forum, I am not alone with this issues.☹️.
Both times, fitbit offer me a discount coupon to purchase a new one, ( the discount is from the list price , however, fitbit does offer discounts form time to time). Effectively, The price after the coupon is similar to the discounted price. Effectively, I am buying an new item just at the current offer price.
I am seriously considering leaving the fitbit community for good, however, the fitbit apps is amount the best and I used to it.
Let me know if you think I should give up on Fitbits.
