Versa 3 stuck on Fitbit logo

My versa 3 is stuck in a restarting loop, it vibrates the fitbit logo shows then a white line flashes across the screen and it turns off then repeats the cycle continously until the battery dies. I've tried restarting it, deleting then reinstalling the app and I've unpaired it turned Bluetooth off & turned my phone off before trying to set the device up again and it's all failed.

Hi there, @stephletitia. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Versa 3 before reaching out. 

Please note the issue you're having comes from performing a factory reset without first unpairing your Fitbit device from your Fitbit account and phone's Bluetooth settings. With that being said, I suggest following the steps below in the order listed:

  • Unpair your Versa from your phone's Bluetooth and also make sure it's no longer connect to your Fitbit app. 
  • Force quit the Fitbit app.
  • Turn off the Bluetooth.
  • Shut off your phone and turn it on after 1-2 minutes.
  • Turn on the Bluetooth.
  • Set up your Versa again.
  • If there is no connection, restart your Versa.

I've tried that and it still isn't working. I actually contacted the support team before posting here but accidentally closed the chat when I got a call, and they hadn't managed to help.
