Versa 3 stuck on Fitbit logo

Hi, my Versa 3 is stuck on logo screen. It won’t respond to touch or swipe. I’ve tried to reset by pressing button for 10 secs but this does nothing. It still charges but won’t sync  to the app. Any help would be appreciated! Thank you

Mine would run down because the logo kept burning the battery down. It still charges, but stuck on logo.

That's because the firmware update went kaput

After seeing so many replies with same issue and how easily FitBit agreed to a replacement I think you are right!
