My fitbit 3 is stuck on the logo. I've done factory reset, unistalled, reinstalled the app, and did everything and still does not work. It's still stuck on the logo. Watch is just a year old. Come on Fitbit! HELP!

Hi there, @Agemini. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Versa 3 before reaching out.
Note this issue comes from performing a factory reset without first unpairing your Fitbit device from your Fitbit account and phone's Bluetooth settings. With that being said, please make sure you've tried all the steps posted below in the order listed:
If you can't get started with your Versa 3, usually a missing requirement is the cause. Carefully review the requirements provided in the help article Why can't I set up my Fitbit device?

Hi @Agemini My Versa 3 is also stuck on the logo. Resetting it doesn't help... it just goes back to the logo and sits there. I did all the same stuff as you and all of the steps recommended by @MarreFitbit but to no avail... this Versa 3 is bricked! I bought it 7 months ago. Were you ever able to get your fitbit to re-boot?

Hi, My fitbit is also doing this (only a few months old) and I haven't tried tried to do a factory reset. I have done all the steps advised on my phone & app but can't do anything with fitbit, think it might be time to swap to alternative provider as this is isnt what i expected!

I have the same issue with my Versa 2....
I'm wondering though if this has to do with the fact that I haven't moved my Fitbit account to Google yet....
Once disconnected from Bluetooth you can't get it back to pair since the Fitbit is not restarting but is staying on the flickering logo. So any other advice @MarreFitbit ?

My Versais 2yr old in Dec...haven't had use of it for 4 days now. I did everything I found in the manual ,to correct then contacted support thru chat....finally told it is gonnzo, and when I got an email, my warrantee is up 😒😒. I am a big fan of fitbit, as this is the first one I have had issues with. And I can't afford to replace it right now. I, too, feel naked without it! I used it less for exercise and more for sleep, heart rate, etc.
