Versa 3 stuck on Fitbit logo

I was trying to log a walk this evening. I clicked on the exercise option but it just went back to the home screen. I tried it many times but had the same result. I then thought i would shut it down and reset it. Now the watch is constantly trying to reboot. I get the fitbit logo and vibration and the screen goes blank. Its doing this over and over again. Would appreciate it if someone could help me.

Hi there, @Puckyoums. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for sharing the details about the issue with your Versa 3 and taking the time to troubleshoot it before reaching out. 

In addition to the steps you've done so far, please try the following:

  • Unpair your Versa 3 from your phone's Bluetooth and also make sure it's no longer connect to your Fitbit app. 
  • Force quit the Fitbit app.
  • Turn off the Bluetooth.
  • Shut off your phone and turn it on after 1-2 minutes.
  • Turn on the Bluetooth.
  • Set up your Versa 3 again.
  • If there is no connection, restart your Versa 3.

Thanks. It has now turned off completely and wont turn on dispite being charged. Think its time to return it, only 4 months old which pretty disappointing
