Since Fitbit have changed the screen format on Android phone my versa 3 can't sync. Have shut down phone and watch. Have unpaired watch and phone the paired back again numerous times, Bluetooth saying connected but still won't sync. Have also uninstalled numerous times but to still no avail. CANNOT Sync. Very frustrating only started having this problem since screen format change. Also tried to reset password but no email was sent to proceed further with this. HELP NEEDED

I am having the same trouble. It's like the bluetooth on my watch is not working. I am able to connect many other items to my phone. Since Fitbit update I only have the fitbit logo on my Versa 3 and it will not connect after trying any and everything I've read. Spend hours yesterday trying to get it to connect.
