Versa 3 stuck on Fitbit logo

My versa 3 is stuck on the logo. It will not shut off or restart. Can somebody please help this is annoying me.

Hi @Bowinkle73 - this can be a terminal condition but try restarting a few times by holding the watch button for a full 10 seconds till it blanks or vibrates and wait for the logo to appear and for it to start.

Thanks I did all of that multiple times and I still have same results. It
is stuck on logo and does absolutely nothing.

My partners fitbit is doing same. Tried to reset loads of times and still not working. Can this not be fixed?
