Versa 3 stuck on Fitbit logo

Hi,

My versa 3 is stuck on logo and all my data has disappeared 😒 

This cost a lot of money , and I've tried all the suggestions  I could find and read about however, to no avail .Any other suggestions?TIA

Sad to hear that your Versa 3 isn't working as expected. Thanks for having taken your time trying to get things fixed by yourself.
If restarting your device by holding it's button until the Fitbit logo is displayed or changing it's clock face haven't worked either, I'd suggest letting the battery drain until your Versa 3 will shut down. Then give it a full charge and check if it'll be back to working order.

I'll keep my fingers crossed.

Hi there, @Amanda2110. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. I'm sorry to hear that your Versa 3 is still stuck on the Fitbit logo. I appreciate you taking the time to troubleshoot this issue before posting here. I understand how you must be feeling, I will do my best to help you with this! 

It seems like you performed a factory reset while trying to restart your Versa 3, that would explain why it's only flashing the Fitbit logo. 

With that being said, please follow the steps below:

  • Remove your Versa 3 from your Fitbit account and your phone's Bluetooth settings.
  • Force quit the Fitbit app.
  • Turn off the Bluetooth.
  • Shut off your phone and turn it on after 1-2 minutes.
  • Turn on the Bluetooth.
  • Set up your Versa 3 again.
  • If there is no connection, restart your Versa 3.
