Versa 3 stuck on Fitbit logo

I have unistalled the app 

Turned wifi off and phone.

Held both sides down 8 to 15 seconds

This cost $250 or more and only two years old and its stuck on the logo past three days!! 

Give me a new watch please

I have the same problem. Did they solve anything for you? 

I had versa 1 before and had the same problem, but they wouldn't return as it's been 2 years since purchase was made. I am not buying versa anymore. That's for sure.

I have the same issue.  Must have started last night because it is stuck on the Fitbit logo and I tried turning it off, logged out of the app and back in, restarted my phone, etc.  Nothing seems to work.
