Versa 3 stuck on Fitbit logo

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

My fitbit versa 3 is no longer starting. It is charged and keeps displaying the fitbit logo on and off.

I tried as others holding the reset for 10 seconds without any result. When I connect it to the PC it does not connect and the PC sounds gives signal trying to connect and disconnected.

What else can I do? how to solve?

Hi there, @LievenC. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for the troubleshooting steps you've tried. I'm sorry to hear that your Versa 3 is still unresponsive. I understand how annoying this can be, I will do my best to help you with this!

In addition to the steps you've done so far, please try the following in the order listed:

  • Unpair your Fitbit device from your phone's Bluetooth and Fitbit app.
  • Unpair other Bluetooth devices that you may also have paired to your phone's Bluetooth settings.
  • Force quit the Fitbit app.
  • Turn off other Bluetooth connections when not in use. This can help to prevent connectivity issues or Bluetooth interference.
  • Shut off your phone and turn it on after 1-2 minutes.
  • Turn on the Bluetooth on your phone.
  • Plug it into the charging cable and open the Fitbit app.
  • Set up your Fitbit device.
  • If there is no connection, restart your Fitbit device.
  • Once your Fitbit device is paired and syncing, please proceed to set up your other Bluetooth devices to your phone again.

With the steps above, what I want you to do is to pair your Versa 3 first to your phone's Bluetooth settings before any other Bluetooth device is connected to your phone.

Please be aware that most Fitbit devices store up to 7 days of detailed minute-by-minute data. If you wait longer than 7 days before syncing, you may only see the most recent week's detailed data. Summary data (calories, distance, steps, and floors) will be stored for 30 days. Nevertheless, if your Fitbit device was unpaired from your Fitbit account during this period of time, neither the 7 days can be recovered or restored.

I did all you requested:
remove bluetooth device
force stop the fitbit app
shutdown and restart the phone
start the app again search for the watch
5 times restarted the app for searching the watch
but as it is not started up as it should there is no response
and no connection
the watch keeps on rebooting and showing the fitbit logo

as for the stored data there will be none because the watch was not
functional for several weeks already

I have been having the same problem since this afternoon. I'll let you know if I find a fix.

Update: I put my Fitbit on the charger for 12 hours and my display is back; however, I can't swipe on it to do anything else like sleep mode, etc.
