Hi @BriLuciano - firstly did you try holding the watch button for 10 seconds till it blanks or vibrates and wait for the logo to appear and for it to start.

Also try logging out of the Fitbit App and swiping off the active window and in Android clear the storage cache and force stop it and restarting the phone again and syncing.

Hi there, @BriLuciano. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for the troubleshooting steps you've tried. I'm sorry to hear that your Versa 3 is still stuck on the Fitbit logo. I will do my best to help you!

As per the description of your post, it seems like your Versa 3 is no longer paired to your phone. To better assist you, would you mind confirming if you're getting the "Unlock with Your Phone" message? If that is the case, the only way we can bring your Versa 3 back is by performing a factory reset. Important: Take into consideration that a factory reset deletes any stored data, which includes all data that hasn't synced to your Fitbit account and your applications, alarms, etc.

With the above being said, please sync your Versa 3 and then, proceed with the steps below in the order listed:

  1. Don’t plug the Fitbit device into the charging cable.
  2. Press and hold the button for about 8 seconds until the screen turns off.
  3. After the screen turns off, you’ll feel a short vibration:
    1. When you feel the vibration, release the button and immediately press and hold the button again.
    2. Wait until the blue logo appears, then disappears:
      1. Immediately release the button and then immediately press and hold it .again, until you feel a vibration.
      2. After you feel the vibration, release the button.
        • This vibration indicates you started the factory reset.
        • After the Fitbit logo appears, the Fitbit device shows the image with the phone icon and setup indicator.

Once the above has been done, you can now proceed to set up your Versa 3 again by following the steps provided here How do I set up my Fitbit device?

I have tried the steps but I never get the phone icon. And I don't think it is able to sync anymore.
