Versa 3 stuck on Fitbit logo

My Versa 3 has been stuck on a a blank or logo screen for past few days.  I have tried all the reboot and did the full factory re-set twice following advice found on this page, but it is still on a blank screen.  The button responds with vibrations, but nothing else. Daughter's Versa 3 has same issue.  Of course they're 18 months old so not under warranty.

I'm the same. Fitbit not responding, just the logo for the last 2 days.
