My Versa 3 is stuck on the logo, I’ve turned on /off but it won’t move from the logo

I appreciate your message, and I'm sorry to hear your Versa 3 is stuck on logo. 

I also appreciate your troubleshooting efforts. 

Please try to sync your device by following the steps shown in the following help article : Why won't my Fitbit device sync?
Could you please confirm if you performed the restart of your Versa 3 as explained here ? How do I restart my Fitbit device?
Finally, try to change the clock face from the Fitbit app as shown here : How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device?
