I finally charged my Versa 3 after months of not using it. The screen of the device is stuck on the update firmware. The problem is my Versa is currently not paired to my phone. When I search to add a new device to pair with Bluetooth it doesn't even show a Versa connection available..I cannot get it paired because the device is stuck on telling me to update firmware, and I can't get the firmware updated without a Bluetooth connection.
I have looked at all the other moderator posts and done exactly as they suggested and nothing works. Instead of mods helping they turn off comments.
I have restarted the app. Updated the app. Restarted my phone. Restarted my device. The app itself won't let me set up a wireless connection, I click on to set one up and the page does nothing. It's just blank. I have force quit my app. I have read ALL the articles on pairing. NOTHING WORKS.
It seems like people have been having this issue since January and it's now June and there is yet to be a fix? Please help!!
How can I uodate firmware if I can't pair the device.???
