Versa 3 stuck on fitbit logo

Hi, almost a month ago, I tried to fix my syncing issues by restarting my Fitbit watch but found out that it does not fully load.

I tried disconnecting it from the app, letting the battery drain, and then charging it again, but nothing helped.

Then I found this manual on 'how to factory reset.' Sadly, even that did not help. Do you have any recommendations for me?

""As a last resort, I'd recommend performing a factory reset by following the steps below:

1. Don’t plug the Fitbit device into the charging cable.
2. Press and hold the button for about 8 seconds until the screen turns off.
3. After the screen turns off, you’ll feel a short vibration. When you feel the vibration, release the button and immediately press and hold the button again.
4. Wait until the blue logo appears, then disappears. Immediately release the button and then immediately press and hold it again until you feel a vibration.
5. After you feel the vibration, release the button. This vibration indicates you've started the factory reset.
6. After the Fitbit logo appears, the Fitbit device will show the image with the phone icon and setup indicator.""

It does not matter what I do. The vibration and logo reboot is constant.
