During my swim this morning, the third this week, it was difficult to pause my Versa 3. At the end of the swim I could not stop the watch. It tried to re-start itself but nothing. When I got home I have tried the reset and power on and off but I am unable to get to any other "page" than the home screen. Any thoughts? Thank you

I see you have tried restarting your Versa 3 and it doesn’t resolve the issue. Sometimes you have to try a restart a few times. If that doesn’t work are you using a third party watch on your Fitbit Versa? If so try changing your clock face to the original clock face and see if that fixes the issue. Go to your Fitbit app, tap your profile picture then scroll down to and tap Versa 3. Now tap gallery then put your original clock face on your tracker. When your finished sync your device to accept the changes.

Gosh I’m so sorry that didn’t work @EustonB If restarting the Fitbit watch and/or changing the clock face didn’t fix the issue I would recommend calling Fitbit Customer Service.
