Versa 3 stuck on logo and beeping , originally it started draining battery suddenly, charged it 4 times in 24 hours then this.
Tried removing from app, reinstalling app. Clearing cookies on phone. Used the reboot /restart commented on. Worked once, got it back on the phone and it froze on an update so back to doing all of the above and stuck on logo and constant beeping!
Button is hard to press at the feet of times.
Really need help !

Now ive turned it back on after it was effectively dead, it allowed me to add to fibit account and connect to WiFi. It's done an update and now showing a red message saying reset failed, your data was not cleared,please try again but won't allow me to press the okay button

I have the same issue. Tried removing the device from the Fitbit app, removing it from Bluetooth and tried restarting it. I can’t get it to shut down at all. It’s just stuck in a loop of showing the logo than a vibrate and repeating that over and over again. my Bluetooth will not find the device so I can’t re-add the device to the Fitbit app. Can you help troubleshoot this?

Try connecting USB to your pc and press and hold the versa button.
When the versa is back to the factory reset in the versa settings menu.
