Versa 3 stuck on logo despite multiple factory resets

My watch versa 3 is 3 months old. It will not reboot properly. Iam trying to get a return voucher but the link doesnt work. I tried supprt page chat but nobody answers.

Hi all,

    I am still not able to get a response from Fitbit Support. I cannot
log into my Fitbit account anymore. Can I talk to somebody else without
going to X and google?Too complicated.

Am happy to provide all details of the purchase. Thank you.
