Was working fine this morning then the clock face changed then the logo appeared. Nothing I do removes the logo. Also cannot sync.

I have been having this too, my watch keeps going to the logo, turning off, and vibrating once, over and over again. I just want it to work again!!

Glad to know I'm not the only one. I've tried factory reset and everything. Nothing works. Hopefully an answer comes thru soon

It doesn't sound good, but have you tried to do "+ Setup a Device" in the Fitbit App again.

If that doesn't help probably best to contact Fitbit Support directly. They may be able to help you.

Also reachable via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & Support, Contact Customer Support.

If it is under warranty and found faulty it may be better to take it to the shop for a new replacement, rather than accepting a refurbished replacement from Fitbit and dealing with sometimes drawn out return and shipping issues.

Hey maggs09,

So I got in contact with fitbit support and we went through a bunch of different things to get it to work. The last thing that ended up working was doing a factory reset on the device and setting it up anew via the fitbit app. The steps to a factory reset are super tedious and it took me 5 tries before anything  changed/happened. But it eventually came up under the app as a new device and to install the fitbit near by.

I would suggest you to turn ur Bluetooth on and off, restart your phone, forget the fitbit device on the app and start fresh , right after you do the reset on the device itself.

I suggest asking fitbit support about how to do the factory reset or searching it up.

I had bought some clock faces and all my purchases are still there so you lose nothing when you do this reset:)

I hope this helps.
