Versa 3 stuck on logo

My versa 3 has been stuck on logo since last night.

I cannot restart it, nor do a factory reset. I have removed it from my app but it won't reconnect. 

Need help.

Other then holding the side button, that is not working

So after going around and around, I eventually got onto support. They are organising a replacement 😞 

Feeling lost not even having a watch at the moment. 

 

Hopefully the replacement does not take too long.

Same thing!  I just bought my third one this month I am hoping this one the same thing won’t happen.  I was starting to wonder if it’s because I charged it in my Tahoe. Maybe the software from the car.  I really don’t know. It’s very frustrating!!

Same issue here.... purchased my Versa 3 in Feb 2022 and 6 days ago it stopped syncing on the Bluetooth and now only the Fitbit logo is on the watch screen.   I have tried to reset my FitBit several times,  unpaired all my BT devices,  did a force stop of the Fitbit app without success.   Unfortunately, Chat support ended the chat even after I advised them that I was following the trouble shooting steps but needed time.   Terrible customer services!!

Mine did this too after the last update. Are they replacing your watch?

Yes I got a replacement just the watchface part not the band. The organised replacement on the Friday, replacement came on Wednesday I was impressed actually.

However it did take me a bit to find the right link to get to the chat.

Same problem as the rest of you.  I even let the bettery run down completely but no help.  Bought it in April 2023.  The website said I needed a "return authorization number" to send it back but have not figured out how to do that.  The Fitbit was my motivator to push a little harder and it feel weird not to wear it.  I'll keep looking for a solution.
