Versa 3 stuck on message "Data not cleared, Sync & Tried again"

After a factory reset my watch doesn't start and show up the message "Data not cleared, sync and try again"

Tried to unpair and switch off my telephone, then restarted the watch but always the same... It is blocked on this message

Thank you for sharing the inquiry regarding the Versa 3. 

Please try the following steps in the order listed even if some of them you've done already:

  • Unpair your Versa 3 from your phone's Bluetooth.
  • Force quit the Fitbit app.
  • Turn off the Bluetooth.
  • Shut off your phone and turn it on after 1-2 minutes.
  • Turn on the Bluetooth.
  • Set up your Versa 3 again.
  • If there is no connection, restart your Versa 3.
