My versa 3 it's showing this...what should I do?
Update: I've tried to attach the pic...anyway it says "DATA NOT CLEARED SYNC & TRY AGAIN"

Please try the following steps in the order listed even if some of them you've done already:
If you can't get started with your Versa 3, usually a missing requirement is the cause. Carefully review the requirements provided in the help article Why can't I set up my Fitbit device?
Regarding the syncing issues, please note that our team is aware of an "Unable to Sync" bug that is impacting a small percentage of Android Fitbit App Customers. We released a new Android Fitbit App 4.26.1 version that fixes this; 4.26.1 is now slowly rolling out to Customers as of September 19th. Please make sure that your Fitbit app is up-to-date.
