Hello.
I just recently found my old Versa 3 watch, I attempted to do a factory reset when i got the Data not cleared message. I am unable to follow the recommended steps as I don't have the old device my watch was connected to. Hard resets don't work either.

Nevermind. This problem has not been resolved and after dropping this piece of **ahem** watch on accident, now the sensors will not work. I will NEVER be buying one of your products again!!!
