Hi All,
I have reserved the Factory reset by accidentally for Fitbit verse 3 , and the screen come up with Red Cross and the Data not cleared sync and try again. I have no idea what to do. If anyone could suggest me how to fix it please. Thank you very much. Poy

Please note the message "Data not cleared, Sync & Try again" usually appears when you performed a factory reset without first unpairing your watch from your phone's Bluetooth settings.
With that being said, please try the following steps to solve the issue:
If you can't get started with your Versa 3, usually a missing requirement is the cause. Carefully review the requirements provided in the help article Why can't I set up my Fitbit device?

I was gifted a fitbit and did the factory reset, and now stuck on that red cross and I do not have the phone it was paired to obviously.
what should I do now?

Hi there, @Duplessis. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Fitbit device.
I'd recommend trying another factory reset. To do so, on your Fitbit device, open the Settings app > About > Factory Reset.
If the above was the method you did for the factory reset, please try this second method:

These steps are not working for me. I have not been able to sync my fitbit versa 3 and it still has the large red X with Data not Sync'd

Useless instructions. 3 days and can get my Sense responsive. Have followed every instruction multiple times and just stuck at reset failed. Uninstalled app, removed device, restarted phone, Bluetooth on and off. All of these multiple times and just sits with error reset failed. Screen unresponsive so please don't suggest going the device settings. A decent

I used these various instructions on my phone.
After hours and resets.
The fitbit was off at the time.
It came on and started syncing!
