Versa 3 stuck on message "Data not cleared, Try & Sync again"

Hi I am getting this error and wondering has anybody found a solution to this? I have gone through those who asked already and tried what's suggested and it doesn't work. 

 

I have re-set 

uninstalled the app 

unpaired via bluetooth

did the 3 buttons push down then 2 buttons and it doesn't turn on. 

 

Please help? Do I need to buy a new watch from a different brand now?
