Versa 3 stuck on message "Data not cleared, Try & Sync again"

my versa 3 is stuck on the data not cleared sync and try again. 

I have followed the other comments on other posts to remove from bluetooth and unsync from the app but this has not corrected it. I have also restarted it and it continues to flash with the cross and to try again. 

Help please!!!!!!!🙂

Hi @amalion  - try removing any entry for the watch from the phone's Bluetooth and restart the phone for good measure

In the phone Fitbit App

Click on profile photo [top left]

Click on  "+ Set up a Device"

If that doesn't work

when you Click on profile photo if the device is still showing remove it

[by dustbin top right]

Then repeat the above process

Follow the installation instructions
