How can I reset my versa 3 completely and get rid of this message. It is connected to my phone and even sensor works.
There is a pink message says
”reset failed! Your data was not cleared. Please try again “

No, the issue is not resolved yet. I tried everything on this community but my fitbit still shows that red message. Fitbit only offered me %35 discount for my next purchase which I think is very disrespectful to loyal customers.
