My versa 3 started vibrating in intervals every couple of minutes last night. When I woke this morning it kept shutting down and powering back up to only shut down seconds later after reading the main clock display. This would go on and on. So I tired hard retting it and nothing worked. I tried the clear data/reset setting under my settings and my versa is stuck on the screen saying, Data Not Cleared Sync and try again. (With a big red X over it). I removed the versa from the app. So I can’t connect the watch now to sync it as its stuck on that screen

Hello there, @GrahamHorgan. Thanks for stopping by in the Community Forums and trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Versa 3 before reaching out. @DontHackMe Thank you so much for your help!
Please note the message "Data not cleared, Sync & Try again" usually appears when you performed a factory reset without first unpairing your watch from your phone's Bluetooth settings.
With that being said, please try the following steps in the order listed even if some of them you've done already:
If you can't get started with your Versa 3, usually a missing requirement is the cause. Carefully review the requirements provided in the help article Why can't I set up my Fitbit device?

Try to uninstall the Fitbit app then install the app again. Also try to hard reset by holding the side button until you see the Fitbit logo.
Hope that works 🙂
