I've had my Versa 3 for a year now (give it take) and it has always worked.
A few days ago my watch asked my top download the app on my phone (which I did a year ago). The watch cannot connect tot The app anymore. I have already tried a soft reset bit this hasn't worked.

As per the message on the watch's screen, it seems that your Versa 3 is asking to be paired to your Fitbit account again. With that said, I'd suggest following the steps below:
If you can't get started with your Versa 3, usually a missing requirement is the cause. Carefully review the requirements provided in the help article Why can't I set up my Fitbit device?
